If you have any trouble using your OpenJet platform, please report bugs and send your suggestions via the Help Center or email

You can also contact us directly through OpenJet by clicking on “Contact support” section of the information menu at the right-end of the menu bar.


Our Support Team is available anytime for you.


The Back Office platform is updated on a regular basis. Each update is followed by a release notes email.

The platform will then become unavailable for a few minutes maximum. Should the planned update-time interfere with your operation, please let us know.
