If you have any trouble using your OpenJet platform, please report bugs and send your suggestions via the Help Center or email support@openjet.com.
You can also contact us directly through OpenJet by clicking on “Contact support” section of the information menu at the right-end of the menu bar.
Our Support Team is available anytime for you.
Update
The Back Office platform is updated on a regular basis. Each update is followed by a release notes email.
The platform will then become unavailable for a few minutes maximum. Should the planned update-time interfere with your operation, please let us know.
